This is the repair time assurance programme available across all workshops. The key features of Tata Zippy facility include assured repair time of 48 hours. If repairs are not completed within the assured time, a TGP coupon per day would be payable for certain types of vehicle models & repairs. All types of accident & AMC repairs are excluded from this programme.

      This programme provides an assured accident repair time to customers. The key feature of Tata Kavach is assured repair time of 15 days for accident repairs. If repairs are not completed within the assured time, a TGP coupon per day would be payable for certain types of vehicle models & repairs.

  • Tata Alert

      At Tata Motors, we always endeavour to support you in case of emergency breakdown of vehicles on highways. This is a road-side assistance programme and is available on all National and State highways. The key features of the Tata Alert facility include assistance at the site of breakdown within the shortest possible time and restoration of the vehicle within 24 hours. If the vehicle is not restored within the assured time, a coupon of Rs. 1000 per day is payable for certain types of vehicle models and repairs. All types of accident repairs are excluded from this repair type.

It is equipped with workshop tools and equipment required for scheduled service & repairs. We have 55 Mobile Workshops and 189 Container Workshops operating across India.

      Practical and theory classes are imparted to drivers in these institutes. They also provide training in different trades for skill development. Presently, Tata Motors in collaboration with various State Governments, has set up institutes in Punjab, Assam, Nagaland, Rajasthan, Maharashtra and Bangladesh, and there are plans to set them up in Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Tripura, Orissa and Jharkhand. So far, we have trained 38,000 drivers.

      As the name suggests, Project Dronacharya aims to produce Driver-Trainers who in turn would train customers' drivers to run their vehicles. Based on your requirement, your drivers can be reskilled by us to become Dronacharyas, or we can help by deputing them to your operating sites to train your drivers for safe & economical vehicle operations. The aim is to enhance the life of aggregates and lower the operating costs of your fleet. 873 Drivers are trained in FY 15-16 YTD.

      There are 5 Service Training Centres and 1 Regional Training Centre, each headed by a qualified and competent Trainer who imparts training in automotive maintenance and repairs to personnel of Channel Partners, Fleet Owners and Customers. In addition to that, we have 24 RDTC pan-India. The Service Certification Programme is in line with the National Occupational Standards of the Government of India.

You are also assured of high quality repairs, genuine spares, hassle-free documentation and a long term relationship at a nominal cost. So far, we have 26,000 satisfied customers.

      This offers a complete preventive & scheduled maintenance & breakdown repairs of the vehicle driveline - at a predetermined price. To augment the customer experience, we have also introduced a 3-year contract for M&HCV. Sampoorna Seva offers five packages: Platinum Plus - Comprehensive coverage at your doorstep, iPlatinum - Comprehensive coverage, iGold - Preventive maintenance + labour on other repairs, iSilver - Preventive maintenance coverage and iBronze - Labour. Currently we have 20,000+ live contracts.

      At Tata Motors, we offer re-conditioned aggregates on an exchange basis to help you reduce the downtime of your vehicle and also decrease your total cost of ownership. The re-conditioned aggregates range covers over 240 products, including engine long block, gearbox, pressure plates, turbo charger, power steering aggregates, pneumatic brake items, starters, alternator, fuel injection pumps, etc. Prolife products are priced at 40% to 80% of the MRP of new spare parts and are also warranted against re-conditioning and
      material defects.

      Enrol in the programme after purchasing a vehicle, on payment of an enrollment fee of Rs. 1000.

      Once enrolled, one can enjoy a host of benefits that includes opportunity to win scholarships for your children, a gleaming new Tata Nano car, movie shows, etc.

      Earn valuable points for every service undertaken within the Tata Motors' network. For every Rs. 100 spent, your account will be credited with Tata Points.

      Redeem the Tata Points for spares, services, etc. in the Tata Motors' network.

      Earn as well as redeem Tata Points at any JK Tyres, CEAT Tyres or Paytm mobile recharge, and at BPCL, you can earn points for spends on fuel/lubes at BPCL outlets.

      With Tata Delight, you also enjoy unnamed vehicle linked insurance for your driver wherein a death cover of Rs. 2,40,000 is payable to the driver's family in case of unfortunate death. In addition, your driver receives hospitalisation cover of Rs. 30,000 in case of accidents.

      We have 6,00,000 happy customers in this scheme. In FY 14-15, 40 million reward points were
      redeemed by the customers.

FleetMan not only helps you track your vehicles, but also provides you with information and scientific tools to better manage your fleet. You benefit with the increasing efficiency and productivity of your fleet, thereby increasing your business profitability. It is available to customers as a company provided fitment and as an after-market fitment too. Currently we have a population of 3500 vehicles with Tata FleetMan plying in the market.

      This is a single window for selling your old vehicle at a reasonable price, through a hassle-free transaction and with immediate payment. Conversely, you can purchase pre-owned/used commercial vehicles that are duly certified by Tata OK and backed by a warranty. You can also avail of vehicle finance at attractive interest rates. During FY 14-15, 10561 units were covered.

  • Fleet Management

      A Fleet Maintenance Contract (FMC) is offered to large customers/fleet owners, covering the gamut of vehicle maintenance. The contract covers a pre-defined period or kilometres/hours. Under this service, Tata Motors takes complete ownership of vehicle repair and provides 24x7 service facility at the customer's premises (workshop/factory), with only labour and parts being charged at actuals. At present, FMC is provided to DTC, CTU, APSRTC and some key accounts.

      Tata Motors gives driving license renewal reminders to all its drivers. It's a value-added service provided free of cost, on one time registration.
